Catterick Caravans have expanded
Catterick Caravans have expanded its dealership to ensure their customers have an even greater choice of leisure vehicles.

Buying advice wanted
If you visited February’s NEC show you may have met Jane Lynch, from Cardiff Business School, who is doing a PhD research project examining the UK touring caravan industry. If you would like to share your thoughts on what matters when buying a new caravan Jane is seeking volunteers to take part in a quick, easy and anonymous online survey. She will share her findings with the caravan industry, supporting continuous improvement efforts.

Swift redesigns touring caravan ranges
Using the latest 3D design technology, Swift Group designers have given four of its most powerful ranges a redesign with a totally new exterior shape and advanced interior styling.

The first showing will be at the The Caravan Extravaganza (The Lawns) - 4 and 5t September 2010. A more extensive range will be on show at the International Caravan and Motorhome show (NEC, Birmingham) - 12-17 October 2010.

Salop Leisure to open new caravan storage facility
Salop Leisure is opening a secure storage facility at its Shrewsbury headquarters.

The new outdoor facility, which will open on 1 October as part of the company's expansion plans. Salop are aiming to achieve the gold standard from the Caravan Storage Site Owners Association, the facility will be covered by closed circuit television, have an alarmed barrier fence and be governed by a secure electronic entry system.

Chedder Camping and Caravanning Club site goes green

Environmentally aware campers can now enjoy innovative eco-friendly facilities at the Cheddar Camping and Caravanning Club Site in Somerset.

Site owners have invested around £80,000 into developing a new facilities block to create an environmentally friendly haven for campers.
